"Being solitary is being alone well; being alone luxuriously immersed in doing things of your own choice, aware of the fullness of your own presence rather than the absence of others, because solitude is an achievement." - Alice Koller

"The miracle comes quietly into the mind that stops an instant and is still."    ~ ACIM

Invitation to Solitude

STOP. Your brain. Your never ending to do list. Just stop.

REST. Your body. You push, push, push. Go, go, go. Give your body some TLC and watch it respond.

BREATHE. Inhale deeply. Fill your lungs. Savor the breath. Exhale slowly and create space for more new life to come in.

LET GO. Of your worries. Your cares, concerns and "shoulds". Put down your burdens and responsibilities. Just for a little while.

CREATE SPACE. In your mind. In your home. In your schedule.

RETREAT. Remove yourself. From the real world, from your computer, from your family and friends. Create sacred space.

BE. You are enough.

My wish for you... an invitation to Solitude... Elizabeth
